Thank you for making your first booking with Stuba! In order to claim your discount please fill in the form below within 7 days of making the booking and submit. We'll verify the booking and ensure that your discount is applied to the booking and shopping vouchers are sent to the agent that referred you!
Naturally, there are a few terms and conditions which we have highlighted below.
*Referrer is the person who has recommended Stuba to you. Please do not enter your details under the referrer fields.
Terms and Conditions
- Both the referrer and the referred individual should be an authorised travel agent with a registered travel agency.
- Both referrer and the referred agent can be part of the same agency / branch.
- The referred agent should be a new Stuba user i.e. have not made bookings with Stuba in the past 24 months.
- The referred agent should have their own unique log-in with Stuba.
- The referral discount will only apply once the valid details of the referrer are provided within 7 days of making the first booking.
- Only one referrer can be nominated.
- It may take up to 30 days for shopping voucher to be issued.
- The discount will become invalid if the booking is cancelled or refunded.
- Cannot be combined with any other discount / promo (e.g. cannot combine with mates rates 5% personal hotel booking discount).
- Claim will be void if suspicious / fraudulent activity is detected. It may also result in your Stuba account being suspended.
- There is no end date to the referral programme. However, Stuba holds the right to withdraw it at any time and without notice.
